Features

1. Applied for automatic assembly of desiccant caps for pharmaceutical and health care use.

2. Automatic filling of granular and powder desiccant like molecular sieve and silica gel, as well as caps with desiccant capsules or cores insertion.

3. Automatically punch and cut sealing paper, reduce customers’ cost and improve rate of qualified products.

4. Sealing paper waste will be automatically collected to reduce labor of operators.

5. Equipped with desiccant supply bin which can protect desiccant from moisture and pollution.

6. Round shaped caps will be loaded by feeding device which is stable and fast.

7. Each assembling process is well checked, to be sure 100% qualification of qualified products.

8. Equipped with automatic counting function for production statistics.

9. Qualified and unqualified products are released from separate exits.

10. Main drive from servo motor + indexing drive, with stable running speed and high assembly accuracy.
